ALL SALES ARE FINAL and paid with a credit card from VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS OR DISCOVER at the time the order is placed. We do accept checks or money orders, however, we must wait until your check has cleared.

Any changes to a submitted order must be done within one (1) business day of receipt of order to Compassionate Arts. No changes will be allowed after the completion of one business day. If changes occur after this time frame a new order must be submitted and charges incurred on previous order will remain.

Compassionate Arts Tile and Stone agrees to notify buyer via email when order has been shipped.

It is the responsibility of buyer to pay shipping charges.

Compassionate Arts must be notified the DAY shipment is received of any and all damages or loss of any and all products. We will replace damaged tile after we receive a clear photo of the damage. Compassionate Arts stands behind our work. Compassionate Arts is not responsible for any and all installation problems or charges.
